I work at a prison.. I love that it comes with plastic rods, I don't have to take it off at work to clear the scanner and the elastic gives both bands that extra stretch and security I like. there's no discomfort. I wear it daily and sometimes at night. I work out a lot and with the help of my waist trainer I see amazing results. I've had a few issues with the rods sometimes pressing through the waist trainer but nothing a sewing needle and thread couldn't fix. overall I'm very pleased.
I like the support i have back issues so that helps with that i order a large i weight 175 its a little tight but i want it like that the only downfall is the smell it smelled funny but ill correct that
I had heard good things about thesee belts so I wanted to give them a try. I already have a good figure I just wanted to lose the baby belly. I'm a size 13 and I got a large it fits perfect. In 2 days I already see a difference. Neoprene is supposed to melt the fat off when sweating . I wore it around 8 hours each day. It also gives great back support when standing or working out. I'm very pleased
i love this waist trainer !! ive seen results even after a week of wearing. 1 thing i dont like is how it pushes stomach fat down and out of the bottom and top of the belt ... making it hard to wear in public bc youll look worse then before ... ( because the fat is being pushed further out) also because its kinda bulky so its hard to wear under clothes and look normal. but the waist trainer does work ! & i would recommend working out & sweating in it and the inches will fall right off. ! overall great purchase & when i lose enough weight i will definitely be buying another one in the next size down !!!
Obsessed with this! I wear it for almost every workout now. I love the second velcro wrap; it allows you to really cinch in the waist to your liking/comfort. Doesn't slip or move during my workouts and also doesn't add bulk so I can wear it under my regular workout clothes with no problem.
It works ... I’m just not one to exercise... but when I did this actually works... it’s a bit tight and had my stomach hurting afterwards... I didn’t expect that and it wasn’t to right

Love this waist trainer to bits. The only thing I do not like is how loud the velcro is, but obviously, that isn't a big deal or deal breaker. ;) I have a lot of back problems and this also helps me with that! Back brace and waist trainer in one sounds like a great deal to me!

I love this product! Works better and is much more comfortable than I ever thought it could be. My last waist trainer tried was sooo uncomfortable and this thing is adjustable and starts working within a couple hours! Love it!!!
I really was pleasantly surprised. I bought this waist trainer more so to help me remember to keep my tummy tight when I was exercising. Especially that area below the belly button. After having my son I noticed my abs weren't as tight as they used to be and I had to work on strengthening them again. It's not too tight, is easy to adjust and is comfortable to wear around the house. I have to say I'm very pleased.
I wanted a waist shaper for a while.I came across camellias shaper the reviews made me really order. I luv my shaper fit perfectly. I am 5'2 165 I ordered a large. Now I'm ordering my mom one for her birthday. .

I just got this and I love it. I bought mine a size smaller than my size on the chart because I wanted it tighter. It's tight yet it's still flexible making it comfortable during use. I would recommend this product.
I really like this waist trainer. Very comfortable. I just started using this so I'm not able to speak about the results yet. I bought a large and I'm 5' 2 about 155 pounds. Hopefully it will help me to get my pre baby body back!

Love this belt. I’m actually almost too small for the large that I bought about 6 months ago. It has supports in the back that help keep you straight. I only use it while I’m doing cardio
